A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER

A few helpful answers.

Still wondering about your note?

Get in touch
Is it really my handwriting?

Yes. We use the handwriting in your photo or scan to prepare the embroidery design. We preserve its character as closely as the stitching allows.

What can I send?

A short handwritten note, signature, name, date, message, or child’s drawing. Send a clear photo or scan with all the writing or drawing visible.

What if the note is old or imperfect?

Send us a photo through our contact form or by email before ordering. We’ll confirm whether we can embroider it before you make your purchase. You can also contact us on social media. Please send a text message before sending your image to avoid delays.

Is a frame included?

Frames and embroidery hoops are not currently included. Your keepsake comes as embroidered fabric only. We plan to offer framing options in the future.

How long will my order take?

Preparation takes 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of your design and the amount of writing, after we confirm your image is usable and have all your order details. Time spent waiting for a replacement image is not production time. Shipping takes additional time. We currently ship within Canada. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering so we can check whether we can accommodate your request.

How should I care for it?

Treat your keepsake as a decorative textile. Handle it with clean, dry hands and keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight. Hand wash gently when needed and hang to dry. Do not bleach.

SOME THINGS ARE WORTH HOLDING ON TO
